Stage One to Produce Miss Gibraltar 2012
Stage One has been awarded the tender to produce and stage Miss Gibraltar 2012. It will be a special show given it’s the 50th crowning. Stage One has expressed delight at having won the contract as recruitment for contestants gets underway.
Stage One produced the annual beauty pageant between 2003 and 2007 and today it was announced the company was returning to the production of the popular show for its 50th crowning. A spokesman thanked Santos Productions which has been producing the show since 2008 and is now taking a break to concentrate on other projects. He added: “Christian Santos has brought a lot of energy and new ideas to the show. We hope the general public will continue to enjoy our production as much as they did his”.
Stage One has put together a very talented team of professionals for the pageant and will start work very soon. In the meantime it’s encouraging young women to help make the show a success by signing on as contestants, and with a chance to win more than £5,000 and a great time guaranteed why not?

The Ministry of Culture is inviting young ladies to sign up to the 2012 Miss Gibraltar Pageant. The Pageant will be held on Saturday 21st April 2012, at St Michael’s Cave and is being produced by Stage One Productions.
Candidates must be aged between 17 (as at 21st April 2012) and not more than 24 years old (as at 31 July 2012).
The winner of the Pageant will represent Gibraltar at the Miss Wor…ld Pageant, to be held in July 2012, in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China.
Prizes are:
Miss Gibraltar £2,000 cash, £3,500 clothing allowance
1st Princess £1,000 cash, £500 clothing allowance
2nd Princess £500 cash, £500 clothing allowance
